Everytime we come we leave a slip in your mail box which explains the months you have paid for & the week you can expect us to return.

THERE ARE 2 THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF, BOTH ARE SAFETY ISSUES FOR OUR DRIVERS.

Please do not overfill the bag. The waste must not go over the frame of the bag. As we remove your bag we fold the flaps over to prevent your garden waste spilling over your property. Also as a safety issue for us it will prevent our drivers being ‘poked’ in the eye.

Please consider the weight of the bag. We do have good trolleys to transport the bag to our truck, however the bag is manhandled on to the trolley.

If the bag is overweight we will leave a spare bag for you to split the waste and will return to collect them the next month.

Again it is a safety issue for our drivers, we do not want them hurting their backs! A full bag of lawn clippings can weigh up to 100kg (dry) - 150kg (wet).

WHAT IS THE COST?

It is $14.30 (inc GST) a bag.

CAN I PUT SOIL IN THE BAG?

No, due to fire ant restrictions we cannot remove soil.

Also on the banned list is turf and dog poo!

WHAT IF I HAVE A SMALL GARDEN & DON'T NEED THE BAG COLLECTED EVERY MONTH?

We can collect your bag every second month if you like, Just ask us!

WHAT IF I NEED AN EARLY COLLECTION?

Contact us. Generally we will not drive a long way to collect only one bag, however if we are in your area during the week we certainly will drop by to service your bag. If you let us know in advance that you are planning a clean up we can leave a spare bag (or 2 and you can fill them up over the month!

Each bag you fill is $14.30.

WINTER IS HERE AND I AM NOT MOWING MY LAWN AS MUCH.

Let us know, we can collect your bag every two months over winter and return to monthly during summer.

I HAVE BEEN ON HOLIDAYS AND THE BAG IS NOT FULL.

Let us know the week before we come out and we will skip you that month (no charge).

HOW CAN I PAY YOU?

You can leave cash or a cheque out the week we are due to collect your bag (maybe in a plastic jar behind the bag).

You can post a cheque or EFT, ask us for bank account details.
